Coaching Agreement

This agreement is between you (the client) and Elevate Online Life Coaching, operated by Natasha Purton (ABN 41 165 508 001). Read it, fill in your details and sign at the bottom. It takes about five minutes, and a signed copy is emailed to you straight away.

The agreement

1. Coaching services. We will provide the coaching package you select below, delivered online by secure video, as described on our website and discussed on your discovery call.
2. Terms and conditions. The Coaching Terms and Conditions (last updated 29 September 2026) form part of this agreement. If anything here conflicts with them, the Terms apply.
3. Fees and payment. You agree to pay the fee for your package in Australian dollars, upfront or by payment plan as selected below. If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us to charge each fortnightly instalment automatically to the card you nominate until the package fee is paid.
4. Sessions and rescheduling. Sessions must be used within the package period. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before a session. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be forfeited.
5. Nature of coaching. Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or medical, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results, and you will let your coach know if your wellbeing changes in a way that affects coaching.
6. Confidentiality. Sessions are confidential and are not recorded without your written consent. Confidentiality may be broken only where the law requires it or there is a serious risk of harm.
7. Ending the agreement. Either of us may end this agreement in writing. Refunds for sessions not yet delivered are handled under the Terms. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Electronic signature. By signing below you agree to sign electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.
